So my band just went to a Las Vegas Invitational this weekend and WE WON EVERYTHING!!! We swept our division for prelims and after finals we had full retreat for awards. Standing on that field waiting to hear our name get called was the most nerve wracking thing ever. Two years ago we competed and got 3rd place. As soon as they said 3rd and it wasn’t us I️ couldn’t help but smile. The second I️ heard someone else get called for 2nd I️ lost feeling in my hands. Hearing my school get called as the 2017 Grand Champions was like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. We went crazy, we couldn’t believe it. We got first overall with an 84.00 in a circuit that judges WAY harder than our usual one and we won all the captions. After we got the awards our drum major ran to the back of the block while all the bands were still on the field and we basically tackled each other with hugs. The amount of pride in our band in that moment was more than anything in the last three years. I’ve never been so proud of them as I️ was last night. We are Vikings and WE ARE PROUD!!!

Texas, 1874. When a local gang comes running through the sleepy town of Malpath, Texas, the residents are thrown over the edge. An angel, a doctor, an undead sheriff and a witch walk into a bar to fight the devil—ah shit, I forgot the punchline. A lot of people die.
