Dish of the night. My favourite from yesterday's Bloggers And Influencers Long Table Dinner at Mayfair Lane, West Perth. Twice cooked pork belly, seeded mustard pommes purée, baked stuffed apple, cider jus (GF). The crackling was crispy without being oily and the pork meat was tender. The baked apple and fresh salad were a nice touch and balanced out the meaty pork belly perfectly. White onion, thyme and Stilton tart, roast pear and rocket salad from Mayfair Lane, West Perth. The pastry was crumbly and I loved the cheesy tart and roast pear loads. Steak tartare, game chips, sauce vierge, soft boiled quail's eggs from Mayfair Lane, West Perth. Personally, this was a huge deal for me. First time having raw meat and steak tartare - and to my surprise, I really really enjoyed it.
