Idalia felt a low grumble leave her as she rolled over on the futon mattress Matt had given her. She huffed lightly and sat up, unable to fall back to sleep. She hadn’t been living with Matt very long and Kayt had been around for even less time but already knew that if she went to either of them, they’d comfort her. She didn’t want to wake them though so she just silently moved to the closet where the spare blankets and pillows were and dragged more out to her mattress and began piling and fluffing them up until they were exactly how she wanted them to be and then she dove and buried herself in the middle of them. A happy sigh and pleased rumble left her lips as warmth started to spread through the little nest, she was sure she’d be able to sleep now. She just hoped Matt and Kayt wouldn’t mind that she’d used all the spare blankets and pillows for this.

Touring. It’s great for the band who’s touring, to get around the country and play music to as many people as they can. It’s great for the fans, to get to see their idols and favourite musicians play their favourite songs. But it’s not so great for the tour manager.
