Ingredients: 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced. 1 cup frozen raspberries. 1 can 13.5 oz coconut milk. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 tablespoon lime juice. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Diced mangoes, frozen raspberries, coconut milk, maple syrup, lime juice, and vanilla extract should all be put into a blender. Mix until it's creamy and smooth. Put the mixture in a shallow dish and freeze for 4 to 6 hours. After that, stir it every hour to get rid of any ice crystals and make sure the texture is smooth. Scoop the sorbet into bowls or cones once it is completely frozen and smooth. If you want, you can add fresh fruit or shredded coconut as a garnish. Serve right away and enjoy!
