These vegan dessert nachos are a fun and delicious treat that everyone will love. Crispy tortilla chips are topped with a medley of fresh fruit, dairy-free chocolate chips, toasted coconut, and nuts for a sweet and satisfying dessert.
Ingredients: 4 large tortillas. 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted. 2 tbsp cinnamon. 2 tbsp cane sugar. 1 cup strawberries, diced. 1 cup mango, diced. 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips. 1/4 cup shredded coconut, toasted. 1/4 cup chopped nuts such as almonds or pecans.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Melt some coconut oil and brush it on both sides of the tortillas. Put cinnamon and cane sugar in a small bowl and mix them together. Spread the salt out evenly on the tortillas. Place the tortilla wedges on a baking sheet. After 8 to 10 minutes, the food should be crispy. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit. Put the baked tortilla chips on a platter to serve. On top of the tortilla chips, put chopped nuts, toasted shredded coconut, strawberry and mango dices, and dairy-free chocolate chips. Serve right away and enjoy!
