Penny's Computer Book (Inspector Gadget) This computer-in-a-book has screens to display information and animations, and press-able buttons that light up; it's just not exactly useful, so it can't perform its main function. Hence the Honorary status.

Building a GERTY 3000 Replica - from "Moon" (2009) This person's recreation simulates the booting up procedure when started up, has voice recognition, based on which it can respond to some movie dialogue, turn on the lights, display the news, weather, date/time/calendar information, and start a tea timer. It speaks when it detects motion (or after some periods of silence), and can also play some clips played in the movie, such as the message from Sam’s wife, if requested. It also displays multiple screens.

This is in Honorary because, despite seeming to function similarly to GERTY 3000, it is not really a complex enough AI for me to count this as a real recreation.

Jumanji (board game) This screen-accurate Jumanji board is carved from wood, has accurate pawns, and plays drums when it senses you’ve picked it up. A screen works as the display through the magic green middle lens.

In addition, there's the World’s First Self-Moving Jumanji board. Its tokens respond to the exact dice roll of the player and move by themselves. The game also keeps track of who is trapped in the jungle, how many lives a player has left, and if a 5 or 8 is rolled to release a player from the jungle.

Lastly, I wanted to list this one from Infinity Collection Studios. This board, made to replicate the one seen in the movie (like all of these), also displays riddles through the middle lens.

Now, the old Jumanji movie had a sequel, Zathura, about a board game called Zathura. Here’s a kickstarter for a functional Zathura game with moving parts. Inside, the board has a mechanism for moving the tokens on chains like in the movie. It also has random number generation, card ejection, a speaker to emit the game’s sounds, and a turning key and button. 

Honorary Megabot Robot (Big Hero Six) The reason this is in Honorary was the fact that the main selling point of Hiro's robot was its combat ability to attach and rearrange, which this thing cannot do. However, it does have five turning functions and several animation sequences, though the main turning point for me was when he turned his face around to angry, just like the original.

Should I have put this in Objects? Maybe I am being too harsh. Then again, he can't fight.

Fictional Weapons Made in Reality: Monster Hunter Switch Axe. Okay, so the axe function here is useless. If it wasn’t literally called a “Switch Axe”, I might overlook it. Anyway, the “Switch” part is totally accurate (watch the video), and the flaming aspect is, too.  I really want it to be part of Objects, but it's just...it's not an axe. (I believe this axe is replicating Teostra's something. Hellebarde, Arx, Castle.)

Glowing Sting Sword from Lord of the Rings. Yes, it's a real sword, yes, it glows, though there is no Orc-detecting magic whatsoever. Reinhardt's Rocket Hammer (Overwatch). It's a hammer, it has the rockets, but I really don't think they're helping it do anything, and it doesn't smash anything. The Thunder Hammer from Space Marine 2 The Karakuri Katana Whip Sword from Wild Hearts. I'm not entirely sure where the glowing aspect comes from in the game, whether it's a special power of the weapon or just light, but it is not present here.

+ Bonus: This person also made a functional switch axe, one that was sharp and could be used as an axe, but I don't think it's a recreation of any particular canon axe, so I can't add it to the list. Still neat, though.

Swords (please first see post below)

I’m honestly not sure if this is a sword: Chaoseater (Darksiders) (-chaos energy)

Grass Sword (Adventure Time) (It’s not grass or magic, but it is a real sword.)

Mistsplitter Reforged (-lightning (and a bit of purple))

Giant Kill la Kill red scissor weapon, made from the melted remains of other scissors. (No supernatural properties.)

If you want to ride a flying broomstick, you’ve got two (three) options:

Water broom

Unicycle broom

There’s also an experience you can pay for to climb out onto the wing of a biplane, where a broomstick is mounted, and hang on while the plane flies around. Not exactly useful, but likely quite exciting.

The unicycle broomstick could probably be in Honorary, so I tagged that, but is here for consolidation purposes.
