Soya mince stew Am beginning to fall in love with soya mince because it is simple, versatile and affordable you can make anything with it from balls, stuffing in sandwiches, as a filling in pies, toppings in pizza. Here is how l prepared mine as a stew, you can twist it according to preferences. ⬇️ *WHAT IS NEEDED* Icup soya mince 1 onion chopped 1 tomato chop Fresh pepper l used green Salt to taste 1tsp Spices of each l used dried herbs, basil, thyme and parsley. 2tbs Butter Garlic(optional) HOW IT IS DONE Soak the soya mince in hot water to make then soft for about 5minutes Drain the water and set aside. Sauté onion in butter in a sauce pan, add garlic then add tomatoes cook for 5minutes. Add your spices, salt, fresh pepper and lastly add your soya minutes if you want you can add water or broth of choice and simmer for 5minutes. Serve and enjoy😊 you can serve it with anything you want from Sadza, Rice, Pasta, Magwinya.
