𝐖𝐀𝐓𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐃𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐎𝐅𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐃𝐆𝐄, Aleksander yelled. She might despise him, but he wouldn't--couldn't--have her do this. So he dove after her, the nichevo'ya swirling around him, easing his fall to the cliffsides below...
The entire time, his gaze didn't waver from her form, surrounded in darkness of his and hers.
Would her body be broken on the rocks? Would she-- He shook his head. The Darkling wouldn't accept she was gone, as he fell into the waters several yards away. The nichevo'ya still swirled, still hovered.
A part of him wanted to banish them away, as he saw her form up ahead... not moving. Still as death-- And he didn't dare break the silence as he came up to her, wondering if she had managed to survive...
She had to, his mind whispered. She couldn't have died... He would not allow it.
