I took this picture the last time I visited one of my favourite places in Germany. Having a smaller radius to move around in due to the covid/corona quarantine at the moment it felt good to have my memory transport me into the room around what is pictured here. To remember that the light falling onto the page of my notebook, where I wrote down small moments that made me happy during my first two days there, is coming through a glass door leading onto a balcony. When you step out onto that balcony you have a beautiful view over the fjord Schlei and I probably took that cup of tea out there after taking the picture (even though most of the time the wind was too cold to sit there for very long).

I haven't posted here in a while because I felt like I was taking the same picture over and over and I guess the best way to put it is that I was bored by my own photos for a while. Recently I have been thinking about how to photograph the things I am seeing again so I'll probably start pointing a camera at them again, too.
