“Oh, can you?” – she was surprised, but it flattered her. She didn’t think much about it, though. She could actually say exactly the same thing about him: that she could spot him so easily. But he was tall (and pretty) so Nunnally guessed it was only natural. Wanting it or not, she was sure Luzio was getting a lot of attention.

When he confirmed he was not joking, a her face brightened. She had always wanted to learn how to drive and was always denied.

“My father had always considered me unfit to drive.” – she said simply, but with a light intention to justify her previous question – “Though I have always thought I could do it, if my tutor is patient enough with me.”

“My favourite colour?” – she repeated absent-mindedly; and then she laughed – “It may not be so obvious from the way I dress, but I like bright colours. Purple. Or orange.. Purple…I think that’s my favourite colour, although I assume you don’t see many purple cars…”

“But I also like green. I guess that’s easier to find a green car.”

She laughed: --

Luzio: [chuckles] a unique imagination you have, but no. I don't listen to opera, neither do I piss-cry myself doing so

She laughs internally. Luzio is so cute. And sweet. Nunnally feels the desire to caress his cheek and perhaps even place a soft kiss on it. But she’s aware that would embarrass him even more. So, she only smiles, tilting her head slightly.

“I will not.” – the promise comes easily, although she is aware that the question was directed at them both – “Or at least I will try to be more careful with it.” – she hums; this situation (as well as Luzio’s reaction) has put her in an extremely good mood – “But you have to be prepared that people will start to get curious as they’re seeing us together more and more often.”

A pause.

“Are we still going to that coffee shop?”

“Excuse me…” – she said getting up and raising her blue eyes at the man whom she did not expect to see; Nunnally was still not aware she was talking loud – “Why should there be any problem? Everything is perfectly fine. Why are you asking?” – she was kind and composed. She was here to open the art exhibition and then participate in the meeting in this hotel. She could not recall anything that should grant such a question.

It was especially surprising that the man looked rather annoyed, and she was not used to people acting in such a way around her. Well, she knew she was deep in her thoughts, annoyed with the blind date, they were trying to make her attend yesterday, so it might be that she did not notice something. Who was the man?
