valentine’s day is right around the corner & i’m sure plenty of people are trying to find the perfect way to incorporate a ‘magick’ touch this year((;

personally it will be my first year incorporating magick && as a wife so i am VERY excited.

this year i am thinking outside of the box. there have been candle makers putting crystals inside of candles for quite some time now so this year i thought “HEY! y the hell not?!” so yes. i’ll be making my husband “crystal infused love candles 🥺” . he better love it.

anywho, since i’m making such a special gift it is critical to know what herbs, essential oils, & gems to use. after some time doing some research here is what i found.

flowers that represent love\\

- rose buds

- lavender

- jasmine

- marigold

stones for love \\

- rose quartz

- moonstone

- pink tourmaline

- amber

- rhodochrosite

essential oils for love \\

- jasmine

- patchouli

- lavender

- sandalwood

- apple.

- basil .

- rose.

- honeysuckle.

- jasmine.

- peppermint.

- marigold

what you will need:

- a jar

- an incense

- your intention

-a candle to match your intention ( geen for luck, black for protection, etc]

- ingredients to promote your intention.

what to do:

- cleanse all items & your work space.

- using your incense or perferred cleanse method, cleanse the spell jar.

i personally use an incense because it is easy to us for miniature spell jars. If they spell is not specifi you can use any incense, it will do the job.

- one by one lace the ingredients into your jar. 

with each ingredient your intention gets stronger, begin with the heaviest items first so you can really pack it all in there.

- one you have added all of your desired ingredients, light your candle.

- use the candle to seal the lid. the best way to do this is to hold your candle horizontal & direct the wax to fall on the cork/lid of your jar.

it’s valentine’s so why not ....

make sigils out of loved ones names.

that way, when you are doing protection spells, love spells, manifestations etc. you can

look at the sigils,

during spell work, while away, etc.

draw it on the candle being burned

when using candles take a tack or a nail & carve the sigil into the candle. when carving the sigils focus on your intent of the candle & the sigil.

write them on specific jars / sachets made to effect that person 💘

- make each other love spell jars

use ingredients that remind you of one another.

- create sigils out of each other’s names 💗

- make dried flower art together!

- create tea blends for each other.

- make protection sachets for each other.

- make love sachets for each other.

- exchange crystals for what areas need a boost this month

- paint sigils in one another with washable paint.

it doesn’t even have to represent valentine’s day just have fun with thought favorite human.

- star gaze together.

- paint each other pretty pictures.

- go on a walk together.
