Daily Dose of Friendship Froglogic - 31 Aug 18 Life is a sprint. A flailing, snot covered, muscle tearing, mind numbing, lung burning, blood dripping dash to becoming the food for worms. Do the fading seconds scourge your cerebral cortex and douse your amygdala’s with the jet fuel of fear. Time has been the bane of my shame. I’ve felt as if I’ve been racing against a nameless, faceless, supernatural opponent who’s not beholden to the same space and time continuum. Perpetually losing race after race because I can’t get my mind wrapped around the ever changing rules of societies Kings and Queens. I’ve been beaten so badly that the stopwatch has finally stopped. Now, I pray to run freely. Not against that which I cannot control, but instead I run with those who’s depth of the infinite chase fuels my soul with the unending ultra marathon of love and pain.
