Just went for a run/walk/run/walk type of a walk with my son. For about 45 minutes. Until he fell and scraped up his hand.

Sooo... I gave up. Again. I shouldnât of. I do this all the time. I go good for a while then BAM I suddenly feed defeated for absolutely no reason and I give up. Iâm so sick of it. Iâm more aware of my actions than ever before and I immediately regret it two days later when I start feeling bloated and crappy đ where as before I would go months before I finally regretted it. I keep thinking back like, âWhat if I would of kept going from the first time? How much smaller would I be?â Iâm not eating out of my calories, just eating crappy food. Like pepperoni pizza and spaghetti and chocolate. Ugh itâs soooo frustrating!!!! đđđ HELP!!!!

One of my favorite dinners! (For a family) ⢠Cook 3-4 chicken breasts in crockpot on high for about 3-4hrs until it falls apart. ⢠Pull apart chicken ⢠Add BBQ sauce (usually a whole bottle), one can of black beans and a cup of Mexican blend cheese. ⢠Mix together and let heat for 30 minutes. And itâs done! You can add a tbs of lite sour cream on top at the end if youâd like. Itâs sooooo good đ
