I am meeting with a health coach from my YMCA tomorrow.  I feel like I have a good grip on my diet and with cardio.  I think it is time to add more weights into my routine.  I do small 3lbs at home, but they have been getting a little too easy recently.  I have lost enough weight now where I can already feel my skin getting lose, particularly around my belly.  Hoping to try and tighten it while I am losing.

So far I've Lost 160lbs of a 300lb goal. My body is starting to show the positive sides of weight loss along with the cold hard reality of what being so obese dose. It's so important to take care of your body now while your young!! Don't be me and wait until your 36 to finally wise up and help yourself. I look back on my life an all the choices I've made and the only regret I have is not getting healthy while I was much younger.
