Thinking about another AU where everyone lives and Duncan becomes part of the Kingsguard, but he and Baelor are still lovers and Dunk still gets pregnant with Lori.
There's no way to keep Lori a secret once he's born, so after losing another baby of their own Valarr and Kiera agree to raise him.
Cue both Dunk and Baelor having to keep a certain distance from Lori as he's growing up, as if he isn't their own son. Just Grandpa Baelor and "Uncle" Dunk...
Whether it's super angsty or bittersweet is up for debate, but it would break both of their hearts either way.
