Wow.
I’m so disgusted with how people ignores my daughter like she doesn’t even exist. She has two sets of grandparents and 1 great-grandma. One set of grandparents lives in another country so she’s never met them and the other set of grandparents is my parents but my mother passed away a year before my daughter was born and my dad is the only grandparent my daughter has met. The great-grandmother lives in another state. She moved months before my daughter was born and she’s one of the main ones that acts like my daughter was never born. She’s constantly sending her other 3 great-grandchildren (my half-sister’s kids) money for birthdays and even Christmas but has yet to send my daughter anything in her FIVE years of life.
That’s completely okay tho. My daughter is spoiled rotten and she always has what she needs. Not all the time does she get what she wants.
I’m not going to push people to be in her life. It’s not my daughter’s loss or mine.
I am so proud and honored to be her mother. I am so glad God picked me to bless me with her. She wasn’t a planned baby but she’s not a mistake. She’s an unplanned blessing. I can’t put into words how special she is to me and how much love I have for her. I didn’t know my heart could love someone so much. I carried her for nine months not knowing what she looked like and I didn’t think I was going to be able to love someone I had never met but when they laid her on my chest and she was kinda crying and I kissed her on the forehead she instantly stopped like she knew I was her mother. I knew right then I would love her unconditionally and for the rest of my life until my last breath I knew I would provide for her and help her grow. My love goes beyond the sun, moon, and stars. She’s my world, the only person I need, and the only person she needs.
