Estrella Matutina (Vooheheve, en torno a 1810-1883), más conocido como Cuchillo Romo, fue un jefe cheyene del norte que lideró a su pueblo en la resistencia contra las políticas de expansión genocida hacia el oeste impulsadas por el gobierno de Estados Unidos. Participó en la guerra de Nube Roja (1866-1868), en diversos enfrentamientos entre 1868 y 1876, y fue derrotado en la batalla del Red Fork (la lucha de Cuchillo Romo) en 1876.
