If anyone's wondering why I'm not posting as much, it's because I'm one week away from graduating Intro to Pole and starting Pole 1 🙂↔️🙂↔️🙂↔️
I can't believe how much confidence, flow, and strength I've gained in like 2 months (3-4 days of consistent practice every week). I've gone from not being able to do the most basic of moves to other girls telling me how graceful I look and asking me for advice. Unreal.
And did you know workout endorphins are real????
