Oh yes, it does nonnie! It's okay for asking! It's the liverbird. Which is the symbol of Liverpool and the emblem of Liverpool Football Club. My family are all Liverpool supporters so they have a deep-seated love of all things related to the Liverbird.
It's sort of a mythical cross between a phoenix and a commorant bird, since there's a myth that if the liverbirds on top of the liver-building ever fly away, the city will sink into the waves since its at the mouth of the river mersey into the Irish sea.
