Ugh!!! I just don't understand why they have to be so rude, like I understand it's your job to ask me for money. I don't mind that, what I mind is being felt like I'm not doing enough to pay off my debts. I am already stretched thin enough as it is, if I had the money to pay it i would. I am 22 years old, I do not want to begin adulthood already in debt.

If your relationship started after your diagnosis then he knew from the beginning that this was something he would be dealing with and therefore fell in love with you for who you are. I understand how he may be struggling with to handle your illness and it's good that he is able to communicate that to you. I'm not the greatest at relationship advice but my suggestion to you would be to try and engage in an open conversation with him and allow him to express his concerns while also expressing how you are feeling in all this. Don't hold anything in as it can create bigger problems in the future. Ask him questions about what is concerning you and invite him to ask you questions. Communication is always the best option. I'm sorry if this didn't help at all, I'm really bad at relationship advice.
