I finally got my shiny litten! He hatched out at 1179 eggs and I’m very happy that he got intimidate. I was worried he’d hatch without the hidden ability and I would have been mildly disappointed.

I’ve been doing a lot of full odds shiny hunting on HGSS lately (1/8192 odds). Recently I got this amazing golden snek after almost 16k ekans bought at the HG game corner. I was so sure this was going to reach double odds so it really surprised me!

So I shiny hunted for shiny blacephalon and after 800 encounters exactly I got the shiny. But because you get two blacephalon per copy of Ultra Sun, when I went to catch the extra one, IT WAS SHINY TOO WTF?! My modest synchronizer worked for the first one but not the second one. Oh well, I’m just shocked and happy that I got two of them.

I was leaving the Resolution Cave after catching zygarde and I found a random shiny druddigon! Thank Arceus that I chose popplio at the beginning of the playthrough because it was immune to that dragon tail. Otherwise I would have had to master ball it. I think it looks really good in the dusk ball!

Shiny dratini in 285 eggs in a dream ball! It didn't get marvel scale, which is disappointing, so I'm probably going to keep going for another one and keep this as a dratini.

Shiny minior in 651 eggs! 5IV missing HP (which I can bottle cap so it's no problem) and in a moon ball.

My second shiny rockruff, this one took 238 eggs. I'm glad she decided to shine quickly, especially after her shiny brother took 1636 eggs. Now I have two so I can have both shiny lycanroc forms!

Shiny turtwig in a dream ball! This was a grueling 1878 eggs WITH the shiny charm. I'm so glad to be done with this hunt. He didn't get hidden ability but he is 6IV so I guess that's ok.
