who let the dog out
hyoseop’s not entirely sure how good he is with pets. he’s never really gotten the chance to interact much with them, he’s never had his own pet, nor does he know a lot of people who have pets. is he good with animals? he’s not sure… they’re easier than humans though, aren’t they? hyoseop doesn’t have a lot of friends, because he sucks at being the first to reach out or generally responding to messages, but pets don’t care if you ask them about their day every day.
but though he’s unsure how good he is with pets, and how much he likes them, when a friend asked him to take their pet for a walk, he agreed. he’d asked like a million questions, including if he could let go of the leash at any point, which his friend said yes to, the dog was calm and would always stay by your side, even if you let go of the leash.
that apparently wasn’t the truth, because once hyoseop sits down at the bench at the park, he accidentally lets go, and off the dog runs, and soon hyoseop is forced to run after it. even worse, the dog jumps up on a stranger, “oh my” is all hyoseop manages to get out.
