I get sad when I have friends come to me about what they think their sexuality/ gender identity and how they feel that it is something that people won’t believe or that their parents won’t accept them, and I tell them that it doesn’t matter what other people think and that if it’s too complicated for their singular brain cell then that’s their problem. Another thing is people have come to me saying that they have came out as gay, bi, pan or what ever and now they don’t feel that way anymore or they feel like something else and I tell them that they don’t need to confine themselves to a box and stick a label on it, sexuality is fluid and it can change, just because when you were 13 you said that you were Demi-sexual, panromantic doesn’t mean that 4 years later that you can’t decide that actually your gay and your not Demi-sexual anymore. And no this isn’t me saying that “it’s a phase” because is not, it’s an evolution because people grow up and experience different things and they change our views on things. So to the next person who thinks that they can’t figure out who they are and what people will think or are confused and worrying about it, don’t because it doesn’t define you and you can be what ever you want and then if you don’t like it change it.
