It has been a while (3 years) not to meet each other after the Covid-19 pandemic for Simon and Wes. The gathering was given and involved new friends Bruce and Guide to know each other. Leybold presents dry screw vacuum pumps
The DV 800 model Leybold has several different screw vacuum pumps in its product portfolio. The Dryvac DV 200, 300, 450 and 650 portfolio has now been supplemented by the more powerful DV 800 and the highly energy efficient DV 500. The new screw vacuum pumps Dryvac DV 500 and DV 800 compress completely dry, i.e. without operating lubricant in the compression chamber and are therefore ideally suited as backing pumps in food packaging or in pumping sets in heat treatment or coating systems. Thanks to their screw design with a specially adapted variable pitch, they work efficiently due to their low power consumption, require minimal maintenance. The robust screw vacuum pump is also characterized by high particle and condensate compatibility. Optional monitoring via a cloud platform The Dryvac DV 500 and DV 800 are equipped with an easily adaptable and networkable frequency converter and IE3 motors. Monitoring via a cloud platform can also be easily implemented on request and is available as standard from Q3. Leybold stellt zwei neue Größen der Turbomolekularpumpen vor
Die Baugrößen 850 i/iX Aktuell wurde die Turbovac i/iX-Serie, die bisher die Baugrößen 90, 250, 350 und 450 umfasste um die Baugrößen 850 i/iX und 950 erweitert. Sie sollen nach Herstellerangaben in vielen Industrie- sowie Forschungs- und Entwicklungsanwendungen zum Einsatz kommen, wo ein sauberes und stabiles Hoch- und Ultrahoch-Vakuum notwendig ist – wie etwa in der Beschichtung, Wärmebehandlung, Analytik, Dünnschichtforschung oder Heliumrückgewinnung. Die neuen Mitglieder der Familie bieten größere Saugvermögen und bessere Kompressionswerte. Alle Pumpen der Turbovac i/iXSerie sind in jeder Ausrichtung montierbar. Zu den bestehenden Profibus-, RS232- und RS485-Kommunikationsmodulen kommen nun die EthernetIP-, EtherCAT- und Profinet-Anybus-Optionen hinzu. Sie sind alle als IP54-Versionen verfügbar. Die EthernetIP-, EtherCAT- und Profionet-Module verfügen über einen integrierten Web-Server. Wird vom Betreiber eine erweiterte Steuerung der Pumpen gewünscht, können alle diese Pumpen über Turbo.Control i gesteuert und überwacht werden. Damit ist eine intuitive Bedienung über das Display und die Bedientasten oder über eine Webserver-Oberfläche möglich. Über den Webserver können sämtliche Pumpenparameter einfach per PC oder Mobilgerät überblickt und eingestellt werden. Auf der Hochvakuumseite wird der Rotor der Turbomolekularpumpe in einem verschleißfreiem Magnetlager geführt, während an der Vorvakuumseite ein lebensdauergeschmiertes Keramikkugellager verbaut ist, das Anwender bei Bedarf vor Ort selbst austauschen können.
