Golden hues gazed quietly to the reflection in the window, nimble fingers plucking at the shawl she had managed to acquire. Stolen bits, here and there. A girl had to properly dress herself, after all. Kaito had taught her. The way she had been before, well-- A smile managed to sneak onto her face momentarily before she brushed down the top she had stolen. It did fit quite well with the jeans and the ATs she acquired, though something told her she would eventually get in trouble if she kept stealing...
She needed to find Kaito. She needed to find him so he could make sense of this world she had woken up in. This world where so many things were missing. Things that had been important to her. Very important... Things that couldnât just be g o n e, but they were.
A hand reached up to brush blue locks out of her face, a breath was exhaled before she finally turned and moved herself forward. These ATs, she would have to get used to them. They werenât like her old ones. But she knew it would be but a minor obstacle on her path. Soon enough sheâd be soaring the sky again. Her wings had burned, surely... Feathers had been torn out. But she was no without her fangs...
She was not without her thorns.
She could still fly. It would just take a bit of time to get back into it. With that thought in mind, the woman turned momentarily to peer behind her, lips pursing before she finally shot forward in a quick movement, letting the coming actions flow by as natural. Fluidly. Moving with a certain grace and agility that made her almsot unhuman-like. That made heads turn for a split second as she went further and further.
Her wings could still fly.
She could still fly. She could still sting. She could move onward. Find Kaito. Find their sky again. And find out all the missing pieces since she had found herself woken within this city. All the pieces that --
Eyes widened when she found an obstacle in her way, lips pursing into a thin line. Any other would have crashed against the boy, certainly. But she moved aside, her body contorting with such flexibility that was only found in few. And she came to a skidding stop with a huff given.
â Fuck, that was close! Hey, kid you all right-- â
And further then that, the blunette did not come. The breath had been slammed out of her chest the moment golden hues had fallen upon the boy she had so skillfully managed to avoid slamming into. Her voice was taken from her when she gazed into eyes that were so alike to her own.
How long had she been out of the loop for...?
