There is something to be said for taking a minute to embody all of the things we are learning and experiencing and changing within us. It’s really important to let things sink in. There is a piece of me that believes in “fake it til you make it”, and some times it is necessary. However, one I’ve read recently resonates even more, “believe it til you achieve it”!
