Recently I've read quite some articles about plastic waste, which seems more and more like a human crime against nature.
Today, I really got inspired by an article in New York Magazine regarding Lauren Singer, a 23-year-old New Yorker. In two years she has organized her life so that she only produced a single jar of trash in the last full year.
It's incredible and I can hardly imagine that's possible. But there's only one way to find out. So in 2015 I'm gonna try this myself. It's my personal experiment. I have no idea how complex this is going to be.
