Why are they called lemon ups if the lemon icing is literally on the bottom of the cookie. I mean it’s still delicious, but I feel deceived by the girl scouts of america

So, they stopped selling Savannah Smiles in my area and replaced them with Lemon Ups. I find myself really disappointed in the Lemon Ups, they aren't bad exactly, there just isn't enough lemon to them and at four dollars a box there just aren't enough cookies.
