It was inhuman, how swiftly Walter's space was invaded with barely a ripple in its wake, a living shadow in ink and ash hovering just about his back. Long fingertips drummed into a clutch on his shoulders as a wide smile with too-white teeth lingered in the periphery of his vision. "Hi." murmured the being in a gravelled voice, lips brushing the shell of the butler's ear.
He certainly felt the presences ripple before the fingers on his shoulder. He knew better than to move and so instead his muscles tensed in wait. Eyes narrowed, he sneered in disgust and tilted his head away.
