The butterfly effect: family with Covid meant no Mother’s Day this year. No Mother’s Day meant all the fruit I bought anticipating family was left over. Leftover fruit meant lots of recipes including this banana bread (which also includes orange marmalade for extra flavor and moistness). You can leave the raisins out or substitute any chopped fruit, fresh or dried. Or even substitute nuts.
