[☮︎] She had just turned in her lux for the day when she noticed the other. Tilting her head, they quietly observed the other, after all, it was clear that they weren't doing alright? Or at the very least seemed... lost? Regardless, they didn't have anything else to do today, so why not check on them? With that, she made her way over to the other; lacing her hands behind her back as they tilted their head.

Disdain was clear on Foulques's face as he watched Artemis strike at the training dummy. The woman was not without skill, that was clear, and yet any such skill was wasted by her involvement with the Lancer's Guild.

The lot of them were cowardly fools, far from capable of bring out even half of the potential in people. If she continued down the path of working with them, then she would never get anyway.

"It is certainly nice to get to immerse oneself in the culture of their forbearers, I think. My father used to tell me all sorts of stories about this place. Getting to actually see it in person is... breathtaking. I wish it and our visit to the Sharlayan motherland were other better circumstances, mind, but... it's still beautiful."

❝Stay down.❞ Hope cautioned Artemis, as they crouched behind an outcropping of rock. He didn't know why the Garleans were here, as far as he knew there was nothing in the area that should be of interest of them, but it was never a good sign when they were around.

Thankfully, it didn't seem like any of the soldiers had spotted them yet, but it was only a matter of time if they continued to stick around. Searching for anything that might help them out, Hope cast his gaze around the area. He could see a couple possibilities, there was a suit of magitek armor that was relatively unguarded, as well as an unstable pile of rocks that maybe could be pushed over as a distraction.

And of course there was always the possibility of just outright fighting them, there weren't too many after all. It seemed like they were most likely a scouting party of some kind.

I love Selena! I'm not super familiar with Kingdom Hearts so some of the details of her backstory go over my head but I love the way you write her and I'm really enjoying our interactions so far.

And as a Lightning mun I really appreciate the similarities between their personalities
