Lasagna Roll Ups are a fun take on regular lasagna. They are made of rolled noodles that are filled with a creamy cheese mixture and then topped with marinara sauce.
Ingredients: 8 lasagna noodles. 2 cups ricotta cheese. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 egg, beaten. 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 cups marinara sauce.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Follow the directions on the package to cook the lasagna noodles. Remove the water and set it aside. Put ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together. Put a little marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Spread the cheese mixture out evenly over all of the cooked lasagna noodles. Place each noodle seam-side down in the baking dish and roll it up. Add the rest of the marinara sauce to the roll-ups and more mozzarella cheese if you want. Put foil over it and bake for 20 minutes. Take off the foil and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the sauce bubbles. Enjoy while hot!
