thank you! I am, of course, a giant lesbian myself so I was a little sad about how few GL novels there are (and how few of those I actually want to read)...I was thinking about really studying the xianxia genre later and writing a few of my own though! <3
Ahh very cool! I’m in the same boat, there’s so little, it’s painful ;;
The only other baihe novels I’ve read so far are The General’s Manor Young Concubine Survival Report (which overall as just okay but had a couple good moments) and what little has been translated of Mei Ren Jian (so far similar characterization to wangxian)
A few others I’ve found so far but have not read are My Disciple Wants to Tease Me Everyday, which looks maybe promising, and Demon Sword Maiden and Dragon’s Bloodline, both of which I’m hesitant to try because they’re about men transmigrating as women and I’m worried that they’ll turn out to just be fetish fuel.
I’ve also been told that My Five Elements Lack you has a side lesbian couple, but they aren’t introduced until kind of far in. I’ve read another novel by the author and really liked it though, so it might be worth it regardless.
