Sketch of Lady Justice, the akumatized Marinette from @ladybub‘s comic. (BTW, idk how her power works or anything, I’m just guessing.)
What a fun villain! Though honestly, we all know who the REAL villain is in this scenario. I hope Lady Justice destroys her.
I’m looking forward to seeing what her color scheme is. ATM I’m imagining a patina like Lady Liberty, or maybe gold? Guess we’ll see!
Okay so. I really wanted to draw this design for akumatized Marinetter from @ladybub comic, and it is really nice okay. I HATE posting on tumblr, but my love for this design overcomes that, and I really want them to see this art (I'm still posting it everywhere else though), so PLEASE, don't follow me here, I just reblog stuff, and HARDLY EVER answer a post. This account is for linking people's art. Go follow me on Twitter: LapsSp or Instagram: Laps_sp , were I actually post somewhat frequently. Okay, backstory on this. I wanted to draw it but was having trouble with slapping in the collor pallet, and I didn't feel like doing it black and white and slapping the color in later, so I was putting off doing it; but then! ladybub revealed the colors and that was great. I wanted to do a sort of "Art nouveau" thing, and it didn't turn out THAT art nouveau-esq, but is good enough. I added a a red stripe to the skirt to tie in the red accents, and that beed things on the hips. Also, I redrew Marinette's read 3 times, and it was still too big. Humans are still a struggle. I decided to bring in more of the sword (instead of of it just being there on the side and focusing on the balance thingie) so there is blood! With her holding directly onto the blade, witch means how cruel justice can be, and how much it pains Marinette to do it (hence why she is also hiding her face behind the sword). The background is straightforward. Left side we have narcissus, which are associated with jealousy, vanity, pride (aka, Lila), and on the right, we have yellow daisies, which represent innocence and purity (they yellow because it is less soft a stretch to make yellow daisies than white narcissus, and it was a bit unbalanced) The grassy ground there has "olive branches" which represents peace, but there are spikes poking through. The pretty circle beind her is just supposed to be pretty, and it sorta reminds me of stained glass. But originally was supposed to replace the balance in the background (because as I said, I wanted focus on the sword).

@ladybub thought i’d try my hand at this Lady Justice look. I gave her a Roman Gladius since the actual Lady Justice is supposed to be based off the roman goddess Lustitia.
+LADY JUSTICE+
i drew @ladybub 's lady justice. I love her design because its not the usual inverse ladybug akumatized design, it also aligns with Mari’s character in cannon and ladybub’s comic’s context. Also in sorry when I drew both her sword and the weight thingy they turned out weird and disproportionate. (also i stay on the cliche black, purple and, pink standard akuma color pallet.)

Bruh moment #1
I'm not usually an art person, but once I saw Lady Justice by @ladybub I could not help but doodle some fanart. It's not the best, per se, I know, but I gave it my best shot. I hope you guys like it. :)
Go check out her comic if you haven't already! :)
