Loki Labbit
I got one last little Loki figure yesterday - a Labbit.
What is a Labbit?
Pop artist Frank Kozik developed an art toy line that was supposed to be called "Smokin' Rabbits", but the Japanese manufacturers printed "Smorkin' Labbits" and thus Labbits were born.
For the Marvel blind box Labbit series in 2013, Labbits are "smorkin'" their characters iconic weapons but with Loki there is a slight twist.
Loki Labbit is worthy!
It's probably just a mish-mash of Thor and Loki for some reason (like they were doing Thor but decided Loki would be a better fit so tweaked it), but I really like it because the next year Marvel comics actually gave us a worthy Loki:
But funnily enough it actually reminds me more of Thor Corps Loki from this year's Immortal Thor:
So, yeah, from kinda random to a completely valid reference to the comics. Nice.
