Kurin, in public, most often refers to Narinder as 'my God', 'my Lord', or 'Milord'. Even Pre-sibling betrayal, it's just something he was used to.
In the present time he still does except in front of Lamb.
He still uses those titles in front of them, but more often he will call Narinder by his name. He is absolutely rubbing it in their face that Narinder will respond to him if he uses his name, while he absolutely ignores Lamb to the best of his ability.
If it weren't for the fact Death is still with Lamb, Kurin would have stabbed them by now.
