Strengths, weaknesses, and/or ambiguities (to my knowledge) for Serverblight:
(+) Intelligent, and growing more intelligent. Capable of experimenting with things and manipulating its targets.
(+) Can assimilate souls with a simple touch of a person's digital avatar.
(+) Can fragment itself across multiple digital spaces while still having full control of the fragments to assimilate more people.
(-) With great intelligence comes the capability for arrogance and cruelty even to its own detriment. It sometimes doesn't go for a kill at an "optimal" time, often "playing with its food" and toying with its potential victims even when it could lead to them escaping.
(-) It is only limited to virtual spaces (...for now), even with its ability to pull real souls into those same spaces. On top of that, it's seemingly only limited to the video game Team Fortress 2 (Though a statement said by Nexos in Serverblight: Awareness can imply either it having spread to other games or him having seen a recorded video of the Serverblight uploaded online before), and is also limited to TF2's in-game systems and rules in regards to things like out-of-bounds areas and edge-of-the-map instant death planes preventing it from claiming bodies to assimilate and allowing its potential victims to leave its servers and escape. It also cannot see invisible Spies unless it had already assimilated a member of the specific Spy's team.
(?) It's unknown as to what the Serverblight actually is: Simply sentient rogue code gone too far relating to an unknown purpose for its creation and gaining supernatural power, or some kind of malevolent spirit that's wormed its way into the game's servers. Whether it could be destroyed by destroying all of the server hosts that it and its pieces are currently residing in could do it in, or if it needs some form of supernatural ritual/power to purge its presence and sever the assimilated souls from it, is unknown.
(?) It is unknown how the Serverblight's soul-extraction and assimilation would interact with the "damaged" souls of Vani.
(misc.) Its associated music slaps.
(creation info) The Serverblight is created by Two Idiot Germans on Youtube.
Strengths, weaknesses, and/or ambiguities (to my knowledge) for Vauluktreal:
(+) By nature of being a Vani, she is basically immune to all physical damage that is not done by a Ego-enhanced weaponry (Venator, Juryman) or supermassive 1-megaton-or-more explosive ordinance (Arbiter), and even then the former requires striking the Brand. Which leads to...
(+) Vauluktreal's body (and the material of the other Vani that had been assimilated into it) has a fluid, sludge-like consistency, making the "stomach" location of her Brand hard to pinpoint and strike.
(+) Also by nature of being a Vani, the physical material around her is bound to slowly crumble into nothingness.
(+) As a Vani, she is in possession of great psionic power, primarily over the Sembla of Disease, which could prove effective against any physical biological enemies.
(-) She is physically bound to the crater area in which she Twisted, the "lake".
(-) Lacks the ability to (directly) interfere with souls, as that is an area that psionics are weak in at the best of times.
(?) Due to Vauluktreal's "Twisted" nature, it is unknown how coherent her mind is to respond to any attack(s) by the Serverblight (though she is not Broken like Kalkori).
(?) Due to the "broken" nature of Vani souls, it is unknown if the Serverblight (if given a physical body) could assimilate them, and that's compounded with the amalgam nature of Vauluktreal with the "Submerged Seventeen".
(misc.) Like the Serverblight, her associated music slaps.
(creation info) Vauluktreal and the Hypnofantasma setting as a whole is created by @hypnofantasma (Juno).
