• Takuya as a football player means that he has finally learnt how to collaborate in a team, possibly retaining his role as a leader. He won’t decide on his own as he pleases any more, but he will always stay with others and work along with them. To be honest, I think there is more to Takuya than episode 20-21 and among them all his aspiration is the weakest, if you ask me, but it still makes sense. It will also fuel the fire in his veins and I like it.

• Kouji will dedicate his existence to travelling around the world. The bonus is that he’s actually opened to welcoming Kouichi as a travelling companion and maybe the others too, since he did choose Italy as his first destination, -so I guess Izumi has got something to do with it-. If in Digiworld he liked straying away from the group to find his own peace, now he has discovered the beauty and the warmth of human company.

• Tomoki is the youngest, so it’s not clear what he wants to do, but it’s clear he will orientate himself in the direction of his thrauma as a kid, so others won’t experience the same. I’m still a bit salty about the fact he forgave his abusers and became friends with them, but I’m a bit biased: when I was in middle school I was bullied as well and a professor told me I needed to stop cultivating hatred towards those people and I should forgive them (add: “Like Pope Francis, -bless him-, said”). I never managed to swallow those words, I still can’t so Tomoki forgiving Katsuharu and Teppei always made me stick my tongue out due to disgust. BUT IT’S OKAY! I get the message they wanted to send and, whatever, Tomoki wanting to start a campaign against bullies is wonderful.

• Similarly to Tomoki, Kouichi’s goal has got to do with his thrauma as well and seems to deepen its meaning. Let’s face it, having been near to death, (if not in its embrace), must have been such a freaking thrauma for him. I think he also did stay in the hospital for quite a bit of time after the surgery, so I don’t really think that experience hasn’t marked him, indeed, I refuse to. However I must say that, although they didn’t specify it, I wish he could end up in pediatrics or something related to kids (maybe also seriously-ill ones).

• As far as concerns Izumi, I had my biggest change of heart in the years and I’m a fan of these epiphanic moments of my life. I used to feel like Kouji robbed her, as Izumi is skilled in languages, could have become a flight attendant since she likes looking pretty, could have travelled like the wind she represents…Instead, nope, they turned her into a reader model and at the beginning I was very disappointed, because I felt like it was too shallow. Yet, in these years, in order to write fics, -lol-, I started getting informed about what a reader model actually is in Japan and I ended up liking it so much, also helped by the substance the 2022 stage reading gave to this choice. Izumi is basically an influencer and a model in the true sense of the term, because a reader model is a girl who promotes not only clothes, but life styles. Younger girls and peers look up at these figures in Japan and feel close to them because they often share a lot of their daily life, since they are free from the obstacles fashion models have got. In a nutshell, she…Has got power. She has got the aspiration one can work with the most because it’s not a matter of whom she aims to be, but it’s more like a matter that this part-time job embodies what she is able to do, her potential. She can communicate brilliantly, she can have an influence on others, she is likeable and now is a social butterfly surrounded by friends. Funny as it sounds, now I’m so in love with this path for hers😂.

• On Junpei… WELL, NO, I won’t dwell on Junpei, I’M SORRY. I have written essays about why it is so perfect for his emotional intelligence. ones as long as egyptian manuscripts. You are welcome to read them if you want to. What I just want to say to the most affectionate folks is that you all can’t think he will stick with opera singing and that will be it. Opera singers won’t become famous from day to night, they have got periods of their life in which they can’t even pay their taxes, no joke. So he will be a loser for a lot of years, if you also include he will also live through Covid👍🏻, and will have to apply for other jobs lol. So, again, a loser who will study for his whole life, will have to bust his big bum being overworked, will be poor for ages until he gets a stroke of luck and on top of everything he will be fucked in the head because every opera singer eventually *snaps*. Now that I’ve said these things, I’m still confident he will be passionate about his misery and my son will go very far.

Kouichi is actually trans (ftm) so they have to navigate through that. Like, they have to decide if it’s more important to birth an heir or for Kouichi to be comfortable in his body and for him to be able to transition.

Bc like, with how Tildant is set up, obviously having kids (Especially in Caius’s case) is super important. But also I feel like Caius would rather die than force Kouichi to get pregnant just because he needs an heir.
