Day 4, May 20, 2020. The Tyson Challenge was 6 workouts 10 times each Day for 6 days in a row! Soreness became my friend. Below was the daily challenge: 50 push-ups = 500 200 sit-ups = 2000 50 lunges = 500 50 dips = 500 50 shrugs with 40lbs (2x20lbs dumbells) = 500 50 Bulgarian split squats = 500 Day 4 I had to focus on continuing bc I was already halfway done. It was just a matter of continuing and making sure I had it all done even if it meant I went to bed after midnight to get up early to do it all over again.
