SUMMER HOLIDAYS

Finally, today I feel myself as good as never before cause my holidays have started!!! This year was very hard and I had so many plans to realize!.. Because of different  reasons  I couldn’t finish all of them, but now it’s time to relax and to generate a lot of creative energy for the next year.

Last week was full of events and activities because of the knitting project birthday, so I hadn’t time to publish my new baby design. I plan to do it next days, so you’ll have enough time to realize it for your babies. I really hope that you’ll like it.

3 WAYS TO IMPROVE YOUR KNITTING LEVEL ⠀ Good Friday! ⠀ I guess that summer holidays are the perfect period to prove your knitting skills. Having more free time you can use it to obtain new knowledge or to try new things. As we like to knit, let’s discuss how to improve them fast, easily and having fun. ⠀ 1. First way is to read a knitting book and to try unknown techniques which you’ll find there. I’m sure that reading a book you’ll find many new and interesting information, but I guess it’s a bit boring to spend free time reading a book and trying to understand new methods.

⠀ 2. Second possibility is to find in Internet a tutorial video in which author explains how to make a knitting good, sharing her knitting hacks. It’s better cause you’ll have both new knowledge and finished project which you can use in future. There is one problem with such videos, usually, it’s possible to realize a one size product.

LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF ⠀ Few days ago I have created my profile here. Previously I had profiles on Instagram (@knit_baby_wear) and on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/knitbabywear), but because of some personal reasons I have decided to leave them. I have already published few posts about my hobby, but I still haven't wrote nothing about myself. I guess it’s the correct moment to do it 😉/ ⠀ My name is Irina Marzo. I graduated as engineer-physicist, but I worked as an IT-specialist. Because of pandemia, I stayed at home almost one year. I had more free time during that period to dedicate to my hobbies. ⠀ I’m Russian, but I’ve been living in Italy for almost 8 years, since the moment when with my international family (my husband is Italian) I arrived here 🇮🇹. Being looking for a new job in Italy 6 years ago, I understood that in this country it’s very hard to find a job to a stranger. That’s why I had started to think about my own activity. ⠀ Having different hobbies I tried many of them. I made felt home decorations, baby cockade, crochet toys and baby booties… Finally, I chosen the knitting as a principal activity. Since almost 3 years I create knitting designs for babies.
