My FYP is finally showing me knitting and it's made me itchy to post about my UFO. I usually don't unless it's a monumental step buuuuuut this is the first time I'm using this technique and I am pleased enough to make you all look at it:
I'm (re)making a pair of socks inside out and it's working.

Good news: I only have seven more rows (plus binding off) of this shawl for my daughter, woo!
Bad news: at this point, each row is 325+ stitches and still growing every other row. Ugh.
Good news for Miss: I love her and she's knit-worthy 😂
People who make large knitting patterns, like shawls or blankets, really need to include at least one picture of the thing completely spread out. So many times it’s “artistically draped” and you can’t make out what the whole thing actually looks like.

so i just impulse bought a very expensive chiaogoo interchangeable needle set and i am so fucking hyped to get them that i legitimately do not care that i already have 2 perfectly good very nice interchangeable needle sets and a set of DPNS (that i never use, thank you magic loop)
and the buyers remorse has not set in yet so woohoo!!!
my wallet is gonna kill me, but i couldn’t care less yet.
