i personally love blaintana and feel as though they had more similar experiences coming out and issues with their fathers (they both werent at the wedding, santana's father didnt like she was a tomboy, blaine's father built a car with him to possibly 'straighten' him out). kurtana is the snarky fun besties, blaintana is the 'we will get through this together we are worth it' emotional support besties, and klaintana is the 'we are gay and have been through a lot of shit but came out stronger and we now bond over our trauma' besties.
