I always immediately set it to E (Explicit) without thinking because, like, it's 100% wank material. it was expressly written to be porn.
but then I pause and reconsider for a minute because, hmm, it's a completely non-sexual situation from the character(s) perspective. nobody gets turned on or gets off.. so does it really merit an E rating? I've posted works that have blatant sexual themes and activities but rated them M (Mature) because they just weren't all that explicitly detailed, or necessarily intended to be titillating and porny...
And then I inevitably go ahead and leave it rated E for the lovingly detailed, definitively explicit descriptions of exactly how The Character is wetting themself ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ [shruggie emoticon]
