Each painted with studies of flowers or fruits, the wells gilt with various motifs and reserved with a cartouche inscribed with the common name of each specimen, the borders printed in silvering gilt with nautical devices, birds, and branches; various printed, painted and incised marks, some examples signed Ene Tristan. Sèvres (two examples also dated 1861), Bourgeois, Mlle M Bonnet, E Gerbaud, and various monograms. 24.5cm wide.
