Bug mama
Senku: If you bite it and you die, it's poisonous. If it bites you and you die, it's venomous.
Kohaku: What if it bites me and it dies?!
Senku: Then you're poisonous. Jesus Christ, Lioness, learn to listen.
Chrome: What if it bites itself and I die?
Senku: That's voodoo.
Taiju: What if it bites me and someone else dies?
Senku: That's correlation, not causation.
Gen: What if we bite each other and neither of us die?
Senku: That's kinky.
Ukyo: Oh my god.
I thought I found the antidote with you. :(

Flags in order beneath the cut!
So many thoughts on this topic 😵💫😵💫
Minors Do Not Interact, Dead Dove Do Not Eat
Ultra Catholic Johnny who is super serious about marriage and saving himself. He’s started relationships before, but would never give himself away to someone he doesn’t intend to spend his life with. Relationships end not long after he explains that he couldn’t possibly go beyond gentle kisses and hand holding. He wants to get married in a church to someone who’s been baptized, can take the Eucharist, and confesses. He can only marry after going to counseling with a priest to determine if it’s a good match-if God would accept the union. He feels guilty enough at the thought of it. Late at night, alone in his bed when his hands itch to venture below his waistband. But he could never commit such a sin. The thoughts themselves warrant repentance in confession. The guilt eats at him, but he has always been determined to follow the Laws of God.
Versus
Angry former Catholic Johnny who sleeps with literally every person he can, in any place he possibly can because his body belongs to himself and he can do whatever the hell he wants with it. Especially enjoys dirty, rough, messy sex with men as an extra spit in the face of anyone who wants to impose religious rules on him. He has and will cheat on anyone who tries to tie him down in a committed relationship. Doesn’t care and is truly just trying to fuck in as many filthy ways as he can. His dream is to fuck a male virgin in a church on a Sunday, preferably on the alter the priest stands behind, preferably a former alter boy
Rambling about these losers dynamic:
This HAS been said before and I’ll say it again.
When you think about it,it’s a very interesting choice to have Flug not show any hint of resentment towards Blackhat in the slightest.
Like yeah,he fears him. He respects him. Admires him a lot.
But he doesn’t dislike him.
Why?
He has every reason to. He is only human, after all (a deeply messed up one,but he still feels). Plus,I don’t think Blackhat would actually do anything to him if he knew Flug hated him because how could he not? He probably doesn’t care all that much. And yet,Flug doesn’t show any sign of that.
And I’m not fully convinced it’s just a front he’s putting up either.
In the official logbook he owns, there’s a part where he talks about the different villains and heroes they’ve encountered in the past. When he talks about V.I.R.U.S,he shows resentment towards him because he spoiled the ending of his favorite show.
Here’s the thing,though.
Flug speaks badly about V.I.R.U.S and only V.I.R.U.S. Not Blackhat. Just V.I.R.U.S.. Which doesn’t make sense, since Blackhat was the one who put him up to it in the first place. And Flug must’ve known it was him, because why would Blackhat hide it? He likes causing Flug pain and stress and surely he would be more than proud to let him know HE was behind it,the ever-present cause of his misery.
Not to mention, before he writes that section,he also has a whole part of the book dedicated to Blackhat specifically and within that portion,he doesn’t speak about him with any hatred or annoyance whatsoever.
Though something very important to remember is that Blackhat DOES have access to the book, shown by him destroying the segment where Flug mentions any meaningful lore about him, plus tweaking a few other things he doesn’t want people to find out.
But Flug doesn’t know that.
When he finds the destroyed parts of the logbook,he doesn’t trace it back to Blackhat at all. He just brushes it off,a little confused, and keeps writing.
So Flug wrote the entire thing, genuinely thinking Black Hat didn’t know about it at all…
And still only spoke of him with fascination and respect.
…Maybe he’s gotten used to him.
