What is a furry?

A furry is a person whom likes anthropomorphic characters, in other words, animals with human-like features. (i.e standing up, talking, hair, etc.)

What is the furry fandom?

Thr furry fandom are people whom have found interest in being a furry. Not every furry consider themselves a part of the fandom.

Liking anthropomorphic characters is normal, look at disney with their mickey mouse. It is not 'cringe' and 'fatherless behaviour'. It is simply people enjoying making, or consuming content they love.

But furries are pedos and zoos!

No. They are not. Each and every furry despises them and do not condone the actions of zoos and pedos. Those are only a small part of the community, despite how large they may sound.

"you're a furry? Kys haha! Kill all furries!"

This is very harmful.

Many of these comments i see are on harmless and fun videos of people in fursuits and drawing their fursona.

You never know who's behind the screen, but they could be a kid, sharing their work ro the world. Expecting support and happiness, but instead, finding this.

But i don't want to see furries on my fyp!

Theres a block button on every app. If you truly want to see less of furries use that. Commenting and watching the video will only make furry content show up even more.
