OC Kwami + Miraculous
I've been thinking of making an OC kwami/miraculous to insert into my ML fanfiction and I have made one (and have a second in mind), I'm just unsure about using her.
I don't have art of her (bc my drawing spoons have been mia for a while) but her name is Kikki and she's the kwami of Entanglement. She takes the form of a spider, and her miraculous is a braided rope bracelet with a gemstone bead used to help lock down the tie-off knot.
Anyone that uses her becomes a spider-themed hero, and the weapon they're granted is a weighted net (also called a Casting Net). Her power of Entanglement works a bit like Trixx's illusions, but it's created by "weaving" something from the net's ropes. (They don't lose the net by doing this.)
Kikki uses She/Her pronouns when she doesn't feel like using They/Them. Her personality is a bit like a Cheshire cat, in that she rarely gives a straight answer to a question. Usually giving half-answers or riddles instead. Or, if she really does want to tell her holder things, saying "You're not asking the right questions~" to them. This often results in her revealing a lot more information to her holders than the Guardians/Order really want her to, since she uses her riddles to squeeze past the restrictions she's supposed to have on her.
Her name comes from some research about Loki I read/heard that theorized that his name meant "Entangler" and pointed out that there were other illusionists in Norse Legends that had "loki" in their names. It also pointed out that the names of anything that involved nets and illusions often connected back to Loki as well.
I thought the idea was neat, which was why I came up with her. But I'm not sure if I, like, want to actually implement her into a story or just keep her as a fun oc.
