Artfight is over for the year and I decided to look at which of my characters got the most attacks...

The top winner wasn't technically a character, it was "Design a Pride Dragon" with 8 attacks... and the best way I had to show that was to draw all 8 designs that people made X3 These dergs (and kirin) are designed by:

Second spot was Luna the wolf Fox with 6 attacks. Who came as a bit of a surprise given that I just added her in the middle of the event...

Found a bunch of volunteers to dergify :p

I've ranted about this in length before, but in short these fish are slowly suffocating on their own organs.

And these

Just small pet cages in general. Usually seen with a little wheel and a water bottle on the side and nothing else... A miserable place to live for any hamster, rabbit, guinea pig, rat or what have you.

Multiple Syrian hamsters living together.

Why is this so common? These are FAMOUSLY solitary to anyone who knows the slightest bit about rodents... Sure dwarf hamsters are a tad more social but also not to the degree movies show... and also the hamsters I see in those films are usually quite large and golden furred...so Syrian hamsters. Bolt shows a whole bunch of them living together, and the Simpsons kids also have two+babies and joke about the mother eating three...

Hamsters are infamous for eating their kids, but if they do so frequently it's probably because YOU are doing something wrong such as: - Keeping the male with the female. - Sending the male off into space... okay that's not common that's a Simpsons thing but still extreme animal abuse. - Bothering them constantly. - Having kids, especially babies, in the house and not teaching them how to be gentle with pets (given that Bart tries to send the male hamster into space...) - Having a cat. - Inappropriate housing. The Simpsons is guilty of all of that. Those babies never stood a chance. They show it as a cute funny scene, but what's really happening there is a whole family of animals are being massacred for the entertainment of an 8 and 10 year old child.

People in cartoons and movies also frequently joke about how their fish and rodents don't live long... No wonder how they're being treated. Imagine making a joke "yeah my puppy didn't love long after I threw it off the empire state building to see if it would bounce".
