Secondary SWtOR Canon
Inspired by @levedor-legacy 's asking about non-Outlander classes to do another round (first one is here) π
Outlander/Commander Vica Nerai (Consular). Sweetest and most exemplary Jedi you'd ever meet--kind, unflappable, determined, willing to carry the weight of the galaxy on her shoulders. (not one DS point to her name, ever) And then she meets Zenith and he makes her really think about why she believes the things she believes, which ones she really believes in and which were just Expected. And then she meets Theron and starts breaking at least one tenet of the Jedi Order. She's still devoted to protecting the Republic when possible, but she's been handed literally the whole galaxy, sometimes they have to share her now. Kept the Alliance independent following Onslaught, which was a big character moment for her.
Reformer Sith are goooo
This is Plikh'ori'coduyo (Khoric). He is my son and I love him already. LS Sith Warrior, Assassin, gonna romance Vette if we play that far. His Fsmily managed to keep his Force abilities under wraps under he was abou seven, at which point they were formalizing a treaty with the Empire and he was offered up as tribute a worthy acolyte for the Sith ranks.
Thi is Kiunnh. LS Sith Inquisitor, Sorcerer, not sure what bro's thinking for his backstory but I'm sure it's good.
We got out 3/4 through Korriban before it got too late for me(like, falling asleep on the keyboard too late) and we called a halt for the night, but we're definitely planning o do more tomorrow :3
Bro: we'll be like Revn and Malak! Just less betrayal
Me, already put the Malak Shadow armor on my dude: >.> Yeah sure
#heβs been taught not to have outburst but how does he feel in general about his force sensitivity not being a secret anymore? π
@raiderscove thank you for your wonderful tags about my boy. <3 And to answer this particular question, he did pick up on the disapproval toward his Force sensitivity amongst his Family, so he was a bit ashamed of it when he first was... "transferred" to the Sith. He was initially awed by how freely the other students and acolytes embraced this ability he'd been raised to view as a dirty secret, but with how brutal and unforgiving Sith training is, he very quickly got on par with them. Given his natural skill for subtlety, he finds the Force more... coperative or easy to wield when he's trying to do things like cloak himself from view or cloud someone's mind, direct their attention away from him.
Even with the steep and quickly grasped learning curve, there is an adjustment period mentally to it being encouraged rather than disciplined to freely use the Force. It takes him a while to stop having a beat of hesitation between wanting to use the Force and actully doing it bc he was so "well-trained" as a kid to shut that impulse down. and it does take getting his butt thoroughly kicked* in a couple fights while his age is still single digit for him to fully get over the hang-up. But it's Sith training, you hesitate too long or too many times, you die.
Even once he's old enough to fully understand what was done when he was a kid--traded as a political favor/erasing of a dirty secret twofer--he's grateful for it. Being Sith isn't easy, but at least he's not hiding a huge part of who he is for social approval. And going through the training with the background of being from a Chiss Noble Family puts him in a good position with at least rudimentary training to do what he wants to do, reform-wise.
#heβs so cute????? i need to know more about him if u want to share
@raiderscove Absolutely! I love talking about my babies. :D He's less developed than some bc he's meant for playing together with my brother, so the advancement is more sporadic, but I do have some things worked out. Also, enjoy this fabulous art from OasisWinds of him, as well.
Khoric (full name Plikh'ori'cuduyo, bc half the fun of Chiss is figuring out the name xD) is found to be Force-Sensitive at a very young age, though his Family did manage to hide it for several years, given the stigma of Force use among their people.
He's seven when his Family negotiates a new trade agreement with Imperial and Sith representatives and presents this "Force prodigy" from among their numbers as a potential Sith recruit to show their commitment and... enthusiasm toward this contract. Khoric is taken to train, first on Dromund Fels, then from twelve on he's at the traning academy on Ziost until Tremel summons him at nineteen. Given his Family caretakers all impressed on him the importance of not having "outbursts" that might bring shame on them all, he's far more reserved, almost aloof than a typical Sith. Even when encouraged to embrace emotions and passions and rage, he prefers to let it simmer and build under the surface until he's ready to unleash it. His comfort with the shadows and skill with staff fighting lead him to pursue something more... stealthy than most. (aka Assassin rather than Mara or Jugg)
He picks up his scar in a particularly nasty duel when he's fifteen, against a human girl who, honestly, would probably have made a better Sith than him. If only she'd had faster reflexes. He fights with precision, offers one opening for surrender, and if his opponent continues pressing past that, he doesn't hesitate to end them.
His skill and canniness are equally what catch Tremel's eye to summon him to Korriban.
I haven't fully worked out what makes him want to reform the Sith, or how he plans to go about that, but I'm thinking about tying full commitment to encountering Kiunnh(bro's Sinq) on Korriban. It's also going to fun to watch him develop and Vette coax him to relax a little. And then a little more. and then fall in love with her, oops who said that

Guess what? :D
The Boys Go to Balmorra
So the last time my brother and I played together, we did Nar Shaddaa with Khoric (Warrior, mine) and Kiunnh (Inquisitor, brother) bc we were high enough level to switch it around, this time we get bugworld.
Soon as we walked out of the spaceport my brother goes "Oh, crap, I just remember I hate this place, this place has ~COLICOIDS~" and I promptly cackled bc the Sinq storyline is uh. Very colicoid heavy. :3 We then devolved into a fifteen minute conversation about which planets we hate the most and why (Corellia. Corellia is the worst. Belsavis used to be close behind but the changed map reveal makes it better. He hates Alderaan. etc)
Guessssss what I got to do for a couple hours today? :D
