I got SDSed by my girl Kelly but it’s late, and dark in here. So happens I selfied earlier today, though, so here.

Me too. I don't even understand what the hell has happened. I used to make $50 an hour. Now, $10-15. I'll never be able to stop working.
I am working for less than half of what I used to, raising a daughter, trying and sometimes succeeding in making ends meet. And not full-time hours. I’m filling in the gaps with scrambled bits of copywriting and such, and hopefully that will get better in the spring.
Motherfucker, my résumé is impressive. I have demonstrated skills, I am efficient and capable and calm in any storm. I get shit done. My realtors are fucking delighted I’m back, and to some extent so am I because I actually enjoy my job and am quite grateful to have it, but ... where did the decent jobs go?
Someone close to me ~ at 59 years old, after several professional experiences including retail store ownership and running his own small business ~ is considering that $14.00/hr and benefits after 6 months is “a good job”. None of us will ever be able to stop working.
Sweet fancy crackers, the world has gone insane.
